Old African Tribal Shield 19th c
Old African tribal shield handcrafted with a primitive motif.
Wood carving on the exterior part and a frame connected with metal sheets.
Shield interior is padded with animal leather and hand stitched.
Wooden handle wrapped in stitched leather.
Good condition except for unstitchings and small holes to the leather typical of such an item.
Height: approximately 15 cm.
Width: approximately 42 cm.
