AN ORIGINAL MAX VOLKHART LIMITED EDITION ETCHING
A very detailed antique etching by Max Volkhart (German, 1848 - 1935). The etching depicts a meeting of a plaintiff and his lawyer with the Burgomaster. On the margins, there is an additional portrait of the Burgomaster. Signed in print lower left.
