GERMAN WWII GERMAN ORDER W OAK LEAVES AND SWORDS
A German 3rd Reich Order cross was one of the highest political awards possible to achieve in the NSDAP. It was awarded only to those who carried out the most significant duties to the party. The centre of the badge features a swastika with the text Sozialistische D.A.P National surrounding it. Above the black cross are two crossed swords and oak leaves, which meant involvement in the highest command. Marked on the reverse side: Munchen 9.
