An antique 19th century Russian Orthodox icon depicting the Mother of God holding Jesus Child with her right hand. This rare iconography is titled Mother of God the Right Handed. Hand painted in egg tempera, gesso, and levkas on a wood board. Inscribed in Church Slavonic in the upper part. Antique Russian Orthodox Religious Items and Collectibles.
