RUSSIAN SILVER GILT KOVSH WITH 1742 SILVER ROUBLE
A very rare Russian silver kovsh. Decorated with an engraved monogram on the front part. Gold washed interior. A Russian 1742 1 Rouble silver coin featuring a bust of empress Elizaveta is soldered into the bottom of the scoop. Hallmarked with an 84 Russian silver standard and the masters mark.
