CHINESE FAMILLE ROSE "PHEASANT AND PEONY" PORCELAIN VASE
Qing Dynasty, Ca. AD 1644-1911. A Chinese famille rose "pheasant and peony" vase. The baluster body is enamelled with a pheasant, perched on a rockwork beside peony, magnolia and camilla. The design sits above a band of cross-colored stripes around the foot. The tall flaring neck is decorated with a composite cluster of peony, chrysanthemum and daisy on branches and rockwork, with insects and birds in flight above. 一件中国粉彩 "雉鸡牡丹 "花瓶。瓶身珐琅彩绘一只雉鸡，雉鸡栖息在牡丹、玉兰和山茶花旁的岩石上。图案位于底部的交叉色 条纹带之上。高高的喇叭形颈部装饰着牡丹、菊花和雏菊的组合花簇，花簇上还有昆虫和飞鸟。 Size: 455mm x 220mm; Weight: 4.3kg
