Shalom Siegfried Sebba (1897-1975) was an Israeli painter, sculptor and architect. He was born in 1897, in Tilsit, Prussia. In 1911 he moved with his mother to Konigsberg. During World War I, from 1914 to 1918, he served as a soldier in the German army and was sent to the Western front.
