First Edition. Lemberg, 1881. [1] 163 [2] pages 25.5 cm
Endpaper features stamp of Rav Yaakov Meir Wald, Rav Av Beis Din of Cluj (Klausenberg).
Faux leather binding, somewhat worn. Paper slightly dry. Very few tears and small taped areas in margins. Minor moth holes. Good condition.
Rav Yaakov Meir Wald [1866-1928] was a student of the Shevet Sofer and a son of Rav Yosef, Av Beis Din of Kiral-Helmetz and son-in-law of Rav Yosef Simcha Rapaport. He served as Rav Av Beis Din of Klausenburg.

כריכה חצי עור, מעט בלויה. נייר מעט יבש. מעט מאוד קרעים והדבקות קטנות בשוליים. מעט נקבי עש. מצב טוב.
רבי יעקב מאיר וואלד [תרכ"ו – תרפ"ח] תלמיד מרן ה'שבט סופר'. בן רבי יוסף אב"ד קיראל – העלמעץ וחתן רבי יוסף שמחה רפפורט. כיהן כראב"ד קלויזנבורג.
