WWII Era Navy Named WAVES service hat for enlisted personnel Hat & Topper Covers Cap. This cap comes with (2) toppers: blue and white that snap into the brim. Named to Terry Gasparotto. The W.A.V.E.S tag is still intact in the inside. Size is 21.5. The other topper is also named to Theresa Gasparotto. Size is 21.5. Both items are in nice condition for their ages.
