Clarence R. Chaney (1887-1972) Watercolor and gouache on paper, signed and dated lower right "Clarence R. Chaney 1958", piece measures 14.5 x 17.5 and 22 x 26 inches w/ frame. Artist was active in Minnesota and taught in various art schools in the northern Minnesota region.
