Antique Split Nine Patch Quilt
Antique c1900 Split Nine Patch quilt, almost a Perkiomen Valley. Measures 71" x 72". Comprised of 64 split nine patch blocks, 7" x 7", set straight, 8 x 8 with a 3.5" Lancaster blue inner border and 3" chrome yellow outer border. Color placement creates a very graphic geometric design. Machine pieced and hand quilted. There is a thin cotton batting and a fabulous paisley print backing. Edge is finished with the back brought to the front and applied by machine. It is in good condition with some small spots, brown dye migration in one print and the pencil lines for quilting are evident. If you have any doubt, please ask questions! We will provide extra pictures, or can schedule an in person or video conference preview at your convenience. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $25 is a domestic shipping estimate for first quilt and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
