2 Antique 19th Century Quilts - As It
Includes a c1860 turkey red and over dyed green Oak Leaf quilt, 78x79", very primitive and folky aesthetic. It is hand pieced, hand appliqued, and hand quilted, with the border on just 2 neighboring sides. The scalloped edges are unique for a 19th century quilt. Poor condition with holes, fading, spots, and fabric deterioration. Also included is a c1890 red and off white Half Square Triangle Quilt, 67x68", hand pieced and hand quilted, in poor condition with spots and fabric splits and deterioration, and edge wear. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $25 is a domestic shipping estimate for first quilt and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
