Antique c1870 Star of Bethlehem - PA
Antique c1870 Star of Bethlehem believed to be from PA. It measures 79 by 83 inches. The center star is comprised of a bright cheddar orange print and over dyed green print with diamonds measuring about 4 inches along one side. The setting squares have additional 8 pointed stars in a frame, and the setting triangles has partial stars in a frame. There is a 5 inch over dyed green print border. It is hand pieced and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and a woven blue, brown, off white plaid reverse. The edge is finished with the back brought to the front and applied by hand. The quilt is in good condition. Very graphic print with a very modern aesthetic. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance.
