Framed Antique Folding Fan - Gold and Metallic Embellishments
Framed antique folding fan featuring decorative gold and metallic spangles, gold fabric applique, delicately carved bone guards and ribs with intricate inlay, mother of pearl rivet, and a gold-toned loop. The piece shows some wear and discoloration on guards and ribs, with minor tears in the gold applique fabric. Measures 8" x 10 1/2". Displayed in a gold-toned frame with a label from J.J. Gillespie Company, Fine Art Galleries, Pittsburgh. Frame measures 12 1/2" x 14 1/4" x 2 1/4". Please see the photos for details. If you have any questions, please ask before bidding.
