American propaganda leaflets dropped on Japanese soldiers during WWII encouraging Japanese soldiers to surrender, approx. inches. The leaflets state that Japanese soldiers will be treated well if they surrender. The leaflet reads, 'Attention American soldiers - This leaflet guarantees humane treatment to any Japanese desiring to cease resistance. Take him immediately to your nearest commissioned officer.
