A RUSSIAN PORCELAIN FIGURE BY GARDNER "DANCER", 19TH C.
Russian bisque polychrome porcelain figurine of a dancing peasant woman. The woman is depicted dressed in a simple blue sarafan, white blouse and yellow apron. Marked on the bottom with a red "Gardner Porcelain Factory in Moscow" stamp. Numbered 118.
c. 1870s-1890s
Dimensions: H: 8 1/2 in., (21 cm.)
Condition: Very good, no chips or cracks.
