LONDON JACK: (1876-1916) American novelist, a pioneer of commercial fiction whose works included The Call of the Wild and White Fang, both set in the Klondike Gold Rush. Vintage signed sepia 6 x 8 photograph, an engaging image of London seated in a three-quarter length pose. Signed ('Jack London') in dark fountain pen ink with his name alone to the image. The photograph has undergone some restoration of a high quality, noticeably to repair a horizontal crack to the centre (which is now only barely visible at certain angles) and is neatly mounted to card. G
