לאופלד קרקואר
עצים וצמחיה בנוף הר, פחם על נייר, 50x70 ס"מ, חתום, שנות ה40. עבודה איכותית. לאופולד קרקואר, ישראלי, 1954-1890, נולד בוינה, אוסטריה, בין השנים 1912-1907 למד אדריכלות בוינה. בשנת 1919 נישא לאמנית גרטה וולף. בראשית שנות ה-20 של המאה ה-20 עסק באדריכלות לצד יצירה אמנותית. בעקבות זכיותו בתחרות אדריכלית, בשנת 1924, עלה לארץ ישראל. בשנת 1926 השתקע בירושלים ועסק באדריכלות. אפשר לומר שרוב פעילותו האמנותית בארץ עסק ברישום הטבע באופנים שונים.
