PETITION OF THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL DURING THE HOLOCAUST
Petition of children in Israel, "On the spilled blood of our brothers," 12 of Sivan 5703, 15.06.1943. Printed by the National Committee for the Israeli Knesset in Israel.
Among other things, the petition said: "Every morning when we go to school or apprenticeship bathed and satiated, there accompany us the shadows of tens of thousands of the children of our people being led to slaughter ... the children of nations fighting for justice and freedom, help us, give us your hand and save our people. Do not disregard!"
In the margins of the petition there are a few signatures in children handwriting.
