"Hapoel Tel-Aviv" Pennant, 1934 / "Maccabi" Pennant, 1945
1. "Hapoel Tel-Aviv" double pennant, for football matches against the teams of Prague and Dorchester, [1934]. Hebrew and English. Two triangular cloth pennants, one in blue and white and the other in red. Embroidered on the pennants, with golden thread, are the names of the teams "Tel-Aviv", "Prague" and "Dorchester" and the year (1934), the emblem of Hapoel Tel-Aviv. A figure of a sportsman with a hammer and sickle is embroidered four times on the outer parts of the pennants. Mounted on a metal rod with an end screw. 16.5X24 cm.
2. "Maccabi" pennant – "Esther Jajamovitch", 1945. A blue felt pennant with letters of golden felt and golden fringes. Inscription in Spanish: "A.D.H. Macabi Dpo. De Cadetes a Esther Jajamovitch, Agosto 1945". At the border of the felt are blue felt laces for tying. 15.5X30 cm. Good condition, minor holes to edges of felt.
