Approbation by Rabbi Yitzchak Abouhav, Rabbi Ya’akov Shishportash and Rabbi Shlomo de Olivera.
Two title pages, the first is illustrated with a copper engraving, drawings of the Birkat Levana, Birkat Besamim (Havdala) and Birkat Ha-Mazon, Birkat Shofar and Birkat Mila. (Amongst the first copper engraving ever printed, see item 208) This title page bears the year 5447 (1687), while the second title page has the year 5448 (1688).
[5 Leaves], 303, 20, [10], pages. 12.5 cm. High quality, light paper, good-fair condition, detached leaves, few stains and light moth damage. Owners’ signature [from Yemen]. Loose, moth damaged and worn binding.
Rare. Not listed in “Otzar Ha-Haggadot” and in Ya’ari.
