1) Radvaz Responsa, Rabbi David Ebn Zimra. Parts 1-2. Sudilkov, 1836. Inside the book are more than 30 handwritten glosses and notations some signed D.R.S. - Rabbi Refael Saban, Chief Rabbi of Turkey.
2). Ikarei Dinim [Ikarei (D.T.) Daniel Tirani], Parts 1-2, on Shulchan Aruch Orach Chaim and Yoreh Deah. Rabbi Daniel Tirani. Sudilkov, 1835.
Several scholarly glosses, signed D.R.S.
Rabbi Raphael David Saban (1877-1961), a leading Constantinople (Istanbul) scholar, outstanding Torah genius of Halacha and aggada. Served in rabbinic positions from the age of 20. In 1953, he was appointed Chacham Bashi - head of the Rabbis of the Turkish Kingdom. 2 books, size 36 cm. Good quality bluish paper, good-fair condition, moth damage. Non-original binding.
