1919 South Russia (Early Soviet / Civil War) 10,000 Ruble Banknote Grades vf+. In the immediate aftermath of the Russian Revolution, there were many different issues of banknotes before a unified currency was introduced in the early 1920’s. These 10,000 rouble notes dated 1919 were issued in South Russia (PS425) Like many of the notes at the time, they are fairly crude and poorly printed affairs.
