· First edition published in 1882. Includes one page of presubscribers, as well as a warning from the Chafetz Chaim not to publish his Sefer without permission.
· Second edition published in 1884. This edition includes a rare approbation written by R. Chaim Elazar Wachs (Nefesh Chaya). Curiously, this approbation does not appear in subsequent editions.
