A large standish with paw feet, shell decorated corners, gadrooning, inkwell, taperstick, and sander. With original cut glass elements. With matching hallmarks for William Shard, London and the year 1812.
Dimensions: 11" x 9". the overall height is 7". The total approximate weight of the sterling elements is 42 troy ounces.
Provenance: from a New Jersey estate.

Expected chipping to the glass, otherwise very good condition.
