Anglo-Colonial Plantation Chair and Foot Stool
An Anglo-Colonial Hardwood and Caned Plantation Chair and Foot Stool, 20th Century. The chair with mortise and tenon pinned construction, having a double cane paneled back.
Dimensions: Height 40in; width 32in; depth overall 45 1/2in; depth of seat 21in; seat height16in; Height of foot stool 12 1/2in; width 20in; depth 16 1/2in.
Condition:
Structurally sound. The caning has a small area of separation to the back left along seat rail, otherwise in condition. Typical marks, wear, abrasions and surface scratches to the chair frame.
