A JAPANESE LATE EARLY 20TH CENTURY WOODEN LACQUERED BOWL. Probably Sanuki province, lacquered in silver and gold and inset with mother-of-pearl with leafy branches, 33.5cm diam.
Small losses to the mother-of-pearl inlay, very minor wear to lacquer and bowl.
