Lot of 3 Rare Books - Gloss Handwritten by the Cousin of the Chazon Ish: Emek Halacha/ Even Yashfe/ Yad shel Shlomo. First Editions, Vilna/Warsaw 1869 and onwards

Volume with three books: 

1. Even Yashfe: Drushim on Mikraot and Maamarei Chazal - Rabbi Binyamin Yisrael Isser HaLevi Katznelboigen (the brother-in-law of Rabbi Shmarya Yosef Karelitz, the father of the Chazon Ish), published by his son Rabbi Yitzhak Meir HaLevi. Single edition, Vilna 1908. At the end of the introduction is a lengthy gloss (handwritten by the publisher, the author's son Rabbi Yitzchak Meir Halevi (the cousin of Rabbeinu the Chazon Ish). [3] leaves, 80 pp.. Good condition.

2. Emek Halacha: Shut on various matters with a special Maamar on the Mitzvot of Milah by Rabbi Moshe Aharon Elufin of Chaloy. First edition, Vilna 1891. [1] leaf, 210 pp. Open tear to the last leaf. Good condition.

3. Yad shel Shlomo: Novellae on the tractates of the Shas by Rabbi Yitzchak Hacohen of Mezeritch, first edition Warsaw 1869. Rare approbation by Rabbi Zvi Aryeh Bik of Mezhibuzh. To the best of our knowledge, this is the only approbation by Rabbeinu ever printed. Originally [2], [30] leaves. One leaf from the end is missing. Tape with lack to the last leaf, tape without lack to an additional leaf, stains, good condition.
