Par de consolas com espelho em madeira dourada (2)
Pair of consoles with mirror (Tremós) in carved and gilded wood. Neoclassical console with a ribbed marble top in shades of pink and scalloped edge. Cropped and pierced waist decorated with a geometric frieze, skirt in the form of plant and floral motifs. Background with golden wooden plate decorated with circles. Partially fluted legs, decorated with stylized motifs, joined by curved beams, with an architectural element in the center. Moldings in gilded wood and plaster, with two mirrors, the upper one being smaller and circular in shape. Protruding top, decoration with floral scrolls, beaded frieze, flowers and frieze with vegetal motifs and ribbons. Broken and glued marble tops. Faults, traces of woodworm, faults, wear, restorations and defects. (2) Dim. approx.: 313 x 106 x 58 cm.
