Important gold table frame from Casa Leitão & Irmão, gift from Her Majesty Queen Maria Pia, in 1887. In the form of a banner, it presents at the top left the representation of the coat of arms of the counts of Sabugosa, surmounted by a crown set with 9 natural pearls ( untested), with chromed iron lance, with gold inlays supporting the standard (frame) by means of cords, topped with fringes. Feet in the form of a wavy "legend" and enamelled in blue, with the inscription "10.9.87/ Maria Pia". Back and support foot with pierced and cut out decoration with stylized motifs. Set with rose cut diamonds, 23 antique brilliant cut diamonds, around 2.50 ct, the largest with around 0.30 ct, 2 sapphires, 34 rubies and 22 emeralds, of different sizes. Marked "Leitão & Ir", without contrast, pursuant to Decree-Law 120/2017, of 15 September - art. 2, no. 2, subparagraph c). Frame with watercolor attributed to Enrique Casanova (1850-1913), unsigned, representing two children. Spear in chromed iron, with oxidation. Crown union restored. Defects, flaws and lack of stones. Total weight approx.: 892 g.; Weight approx. gold: about 700 g.; Dim. approx.: 26 x 21.5 cm.
