הגאון רבי יצחק יהודה טרונק [תר"מ – תרצ"ט] נכד הגאון המפורסם רבי ישראל יהושע מקוטנא, וחתנו של הרה"ק ה'שם משמואל' מסוכוטשוב. כיהן כרבה של לובראנייץ ובהמשך עבר לכהן כרבה של טשכנוב, לאחר פטירת אביו בשנת תרע"ב התמנה כרבה של עיר מולדתו קוטנה. פעל רבות בעניני ציבור ומראשי אגודת הרבנים בפולין, חובב ישוב א"י.
