Also up for auction will be 6 lithographs and 3 linoleum blocks by Birger Sandzén, In addition, there will be works from Prairie Print Makers, Sandzén students and other regional, national and international artists.

Harriet W. Kritser (1883-1973) "The Old Cottonwood" lithograph, pencil signed lower right, good condition, image 16x12. Harriet Witherspoon Kritser (1883-1973) was an artist, illustrator, and teacher who was best known in the Texas and Oklahoma area. She was born in 1883 in Texas, and died at the age of 90 in 1973 in Taylor Texas.Kritser studied under Birger Sandzén at Bethany College in Lindsborg Ks, in the late 20s, then attended the Brekenridge School of Color in Massachusetts and learned from Hugh Henry Breckenridge. In 1921 she taught "drawing and Penmanship" at the Fort Worth TX High school. She taught art at the university of Oklahoma from 1938 till 1947.
