Margaret Marie Miller (early- mid 20th Century) "Kansas Pond" 1939 etching, pencil signed lower right, good condition, image size: 5.75x7.75. A painter, etcher and jewelry designer, she specialized in watercolor flower studies but also painted in oil.Her father Lawrence Miller owned a glass shop in Almena.Miller earned a BFA at the University of Colorado. She was a pupil of Birger Sandzén, Randell Davey, Ernest Lawson, and Boardmen Robinson. She taught at Bethany College, Lindsborg from 1936-37.
