Alba Malm, (1897-1986) untitled summer landscape, watercolor, signed in lower right, good condition. Born Lindsborg, Kansas, 1897 and died in Lindsborg, 1986. Alba Malm was a painter and craftswoman. She received a B.A. degree from Bethany College, Lindsborg where she was a pupil of Birger Sandzen.She did graduate work at the University of Kansas, Lawrence on a science scholarship and taught for many years in schools in and around Lindsborg.
