Jamison, Roger - stoneware, good condition with no
Stoneware jar with cat and fish by potter Roger Jamison measures 10x10x10, is in good condtion with no cracks or chips and has the artist's stamp on bottom. Jamison grew up on a farm in Kansas and attended the University of Kansas and Bethany College were he earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in studio art in 1970 then earned a Masters of Fine Arts in Ceramic from Indiana University in 1974. He then moved to Macon, GA where he taugh ceramics, drawing and design at Mercer University until his retirement in 2009, Jamison continues to work in his studio.
