Group of 3 Nic Jonk Drawings Nudes
Nic Jonk (Dutch, 1928-1994). Group of three graphite on paper drawings depicting nude women. Each pencil signed and dated; one 1985 and two 1986.
Twisted Figure; height: 9 7/8 in x width: 13 in. Seated Figure; height: 12 3/4 in x width: 9 3/4 in. Leaning Seated Figure; height: 10 5/8 in x width: 8 1/4 in.
Condition: The drawings are in good condition with no major losses, or visible tears or creases. The papers are slightly toned. The drawing captured upper in the lot listing has a loss to the lower right quadrant; there is an area with a light brown mark to the upper right quadrant. The drawing, lower right, has a network of blue marks; there is a light brown mark to the upper left quadrant; along the verso, there are brown lines that are possibly transmitted from the recto. The drawing, lower left, has an impression near the upper margin; to the lower margin, there is a minute blue paint mark, which is smaller than 1/8 inch.
