20th c. Kazak Wool Rug 6' x 4'
20th century Caucasian Kazak wool rug. With a red stepped medallion on a blue field with floral and foliate motifs and two large sunbursts. The inner and outer guards with a hooked S and X repeating motif further bordered along either side with alternating red and cream dots. The cream-colored main stripe with a stepped leaf motif in alternating red and blue. With a fringe along two sides.
