After William Hogarth (English, 1697-1764). Engraving on paper trade card for James Figg depicting two individuals in a courtyard surrounded by an eager crowd. Signed in plate above the name "James Figg."
Sight; height: 7 1/2 in x width: 6 1/2 in. Framed; height: 13 in x width: 11 1/2 in x depth: 1/2 in.
Condition: There are no visible tears, creases, or losses. The sheet is toned. There is undulation to the sheet.There are faint areas of discoloration/soiling throughout the margins. No signs of restoration under UV light. Framed under glass. Not examined out of frame.
