20th c. Navajo Chief's Revival Blanket 6' x 4'
Navajo chief's-style revival blanket, early- to mid-20th century. With diamonds of blue, black, and red surrounded by rectangles of white and red against a field of broad black and white bands.
Height: 6 ft x width: 4 ft.
Condition: The colors are bold and bright. There are no major tears. There is one break in the weave along one of the edges. There are notches cut in two corners. There are some small areas of fraying threads throughout the edges. There is some staining throughout, in particular there is one large stain along one corner. This stain carries through to the other side of the blanket. is some light dust/debris throughout.
