Early Japanese woodblock print depicting the folk hero Kintaro breastfeeding from the yama-uba (mountain witch). Depicted in a circular cartouche wreathed by leaves.
Height: 7 1/4 in x width: 6 1/2 in.
Condition: The sheet has been possibly trimmed. Several small losses along the margins. The work is not framed.
