Jaime Avila (Colombian, b. 1966). Diptych of analog photographs with light installation titled "La Vida es una Paserela (Picasso)" depicting two scenes: one of a city street and one of a figure walking through a crosswalk, 2002-2005. Edition 1/5.
(Each) Sight; height: 29 1/2 in x width: 43 in. Framed; height: 44 1/2 in x width: 31 1/2 in x depth: 2 3/4 in.
Condition: The colors are bold and bright. There are no visible tears, creases, losses, or restorations. Framed under glass; light wear to the frame including adhesive residue along the glass. Not inspected out of frame. The plug part of the lighting component has become detached from one of the works; the lighting element has not been tested. The other work does not have a lighting element.
