France: Shmuel Yosef ("Shai") Agnon Nobel Prize commemoration bronze medal by Hélène Guastalla (1903-1983); size: 76.5mm; weight: 212.5g. On obverse an image of Agnon facing forward, with French cursive legend around "1966 Nobel Prize for Literature" and "Agnon". On reverse image of the wild dog from Agnon's work "Only Yesterday", unusually with the words in Hebrew "Kelev Shote" - wild dog. In BU; rim nick visible on obverse. The medallist, Guastalla, may be Jewish.
