'THEY GIVE THEIR LIVES - DO YOU GIVE YOUR SAVINGS?'
American World War I propaganda poster, 20 x 30 in., entitled 'They Give Their Lives - Do You Give Your Savings?', and illustrated with an image of a group of crosses (presumably grave markers) on a hill, silhouetted against a dark sky. A small box at lower right advertises 'War Savings Stamps' issued by the U.S. Treasury Department, and the printed signature of the artist, H.D. Welsh, appears at the bottom edge. The poster is backed with archival paper and shows repaired tears at the top and bottom edges, with additional minor folds, else very good.
