Israeli Army IDF Mechanized-Armoured Infantry Corps pin ("Ot Khermesh"), circa. 1970's. This pin was awarded to soldiers who completed the basic training course for joining such units. It was instituted in 1973 but didn't remain in use for long, as the emblem of the Tank Corps was the prefered symbol of the soldiers.
