The intrigues of Bismarck, Prussia's leader, which led to the war between Prussia and Austro-Hungary, an alliance with Italy and other events.
The newspaper was apparently printed as a section in the "HaMivaser" periodical that was published in Lemberg in the 1860s.
Modern binding. Minimal worming holes, some restored, light blemish to text. Fine condition.
