Dani Karavan Bronze Statue - " Tree of Life "
Bronze statue made by Dani Karavan, square base and above it "The Tree of Life" integrating a pomegranate, leaves and figures. The statue is set through it's entire length with pearls and Amethyst, Coral, Ruby, Emerald and Garnet stones.
Signed and dated on its one side "Dani Karavan 69".
And on its other with the seal of the Italian casting workshop "Fonderia artistica vincioliata ; Firenze".
The statue was given to Meyer Weisgal - considered one of the founding fathers of the Weizmann Institiute for Scienec in 1969.
Height: 75 cm.
Very good general condition, 2 pearls are missing, few stains to the base.
