Vladimir Fedorovich Ovchinnikov (1890-1973) - architect, poet, playwright. He studied at the Warsaw Polytechnic, then at the St. Petersburg Institute of civil engineers at the faculty of architecture and engineering. Student Of Leontius Benoit. He designed a number of buildings in Leningrad, Murmansk, Astrakhan, Petrozavodsk, and other cities. Ovchinnikov was the author of many plays that were staged on the stages of the club of the Institute of civil engineers and several St. Petersburg theaters ("Antique shop", "the Fall", "Zoarovavel", "Goretum", etc.), was familiar with Sasha Cherny, Vladimir Mayakovsky.
