Paris, Berlin. Publishing house "Russian Art", 1926. - 48 p., 2 incl.with Fig. outside of pagination. In the publisher's cover, album format (24 x 31.5 cm). The cover is worn and dirty, has tears, losses, including on the spine, is separated from the block; rare temporary and household stains on the pages; some pages are stuck together on the outer edge of the block, traces of moisture on the bottom; there are splits in the block along the borders of notebooks.



[The Firebird is a literary and artistic magazine published by the Russian emigration in 1921-1926 in Berlin and Paris.
The editor-in-chief of the magazine was the famous art historian and artist G. K. Lukomsky, the literary department was headed by the outstanding poet Sasha Cherny, A. E. Kogan took over the editing and financing, the technical part was headed by the former head of the printing house and publishing house "Golike and Wilborg" B. G. Skamoni. The magazine actively collaborated with the largest figures of Russian culture.
A total of 14 issues were published. Of these, issues 4-5 were released under the same cover, as it was a Christmas issue. Issues 1-13 were published in Berlin, and issue 14 was published in Paris.
The magazine's circulation was approximately three hundred copies.
In March 2001, Raymond Clark donated a set of "Firebird"magazines to the Russian Cultural Foundation.
Now the complete set of the magazine is in the Russian State Library in the department of rare books. Some of the articles and reproductions printed in the Firebird have not yet been reprinted anywhere.]
