Two pure silver teaspoons of the eldest of the Tzaddikim of his generation the holy Rav Rabbi Yisroel of Husiatyn, the last of the grandsons of Ateres Tiferes Yisroel of Ruzhin, whose prayers and sanctity protected his generation and Eretz Yisroel.

With an engraving of the letter 'F' on the handle of the  teaspoon, marking the family name 'Friedman', generation after generation up to Melech Yisroel of Ruzhin.

The teaspoons are made of silver and are decorated with stalks and varied engravings. Were inherited by his granddaughter the Rebbetzin Bauminger. Enclosed is the seller's confirmation.

Artifacts used by the Tzaddik to eat, like the Avodah of the Kohanim who eat and the owner is granted atonement, are important and considered a Segulah in Chassidic courts as well as in early sources by the Rishonim and Acharonim.

The holy Rav Rabbi Yisroel of Husiatyn [1858-1948] was frequently called by the Holy Rabbi Aharon of Belz 'Tzaddik Yessod Olam'. The son of the holy Rav Rabbi Mordechai Sheraga of Husiatyn and the last grandson of the holy Rav Rabbi Yisroel of Ruzhin. Was revered and appreciated by all the Tzaddikim of his generation. During the Holocaust, headed those who came to the gravesite of Or HaChaim HaKaddosh to pray for the salvation of Yisroel. A great Gaon, who made efforts to hide the fact. Nevertheless, he was famed for his Torah greatness.

[2] hallmarked pure silver teaspoons. Very good condition.
