Letter by the Gaon Rabbi Yitzchak Dov Levin Av Beis Din of Motal - Lithuania
Letter handwritten by the Gaon Rabbi Yitzchak Dov Levin Av Beis Din of Motal, Lithuania to the representative of Vaad Hayeshivas in Vilna. 1939.
In his letter, he asks that the representative come to Metal to encourage donations to Vaad Hayeshivas. The letter also refers to German refugees who escaped Germany and Austria after the Kristallnacht.
The letter is on an official postcard, written on both sides, in his fine script and with his signature. Filing perforations. Stains and some faded ink. Good condition.
